In the factory, the anchor is formed using a machine to push and press the bundle. The anchor demonstrates effective performance and has passed 2,000,000 cycles of repeated load fatigue testing, indicating excellent fatigue resistance. The end anchor is adjustable with a threaded and nut-type mechanism, allowing for length and tension adjustments. This type of anchor is commonly used in cable-stayed bridges, suspension bridges, and arch bridge cables.

In addition to the cable specifications listed on the website, custom production of steel cables can also be carried out according to the designs of different projects.

Steel strand type
Consists of multiple steel strands. After being coated with anti-corrosion oil, it is covered with a dual-layer of heat-extruded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) on the outer layer, providing multiple layers of corrosion protection to ensure long-term anti-corrosion capability for bridge cables.
Bridge cables
  • The bridge cables are fully produced in Taiwan.
  • The product are delivered to the construction site in coil form to facilitate efficient site operations.
  • The ends of the bridge cables are equipped with steel strand push-in type anchors, ensuring effective anchoring.
  • The color of the outer layer of the coated bridge cables can be chosen to match the local environment or overall design aesthetics.
Anchor
  • The anchor steel pipe is made of SCM440 material with metal spray anti-corrosion treatment. For environments with high exposure to seawater, humidity, or salt, the anchor steel pipe can be custom-made from duplex stainless steel, which offers high strength and excellent corrosion resistance.
  • Epoxy resin is injected into the end of the anchor to increase fatigue resistance.
  • The anchor is adjusted and secured using threaded bolts and nuts, allowing for easy pre-stressing and tension adjustment of the bridge cables.
  • The anchor section also undergoes metal spray anti-corrosion treatment
PC strands
  • High-strength PC steel strands are used, conforming to CNS3332 (ASTM A416) standards with 1860 MPa grade in Ø9.5mm to Ø15.2mm, or ASTM A882 Ø15.2mm (epoxy resin coated).
  • The steel strands are coated with anti-corrosion oil and covered with a dual-layer HDPE, providing multiple layers of corrosion protection and sufficient coating thickness for enhanced weather resistance.

Steel Wire Type
Using high-strength galvanized steel wire in compliance with ASTMA421 Ø5MM or Ø7MM standards.
Bridge Cables
  • The finished cables are delivered to the construction site in coiled packaging to save on-site work.
  • The outer color of the bridge cables can be chosen to match the local environment or enhance the overall aesthetic design.
Anchorage
  • The anchorage section uses threaded bolts and nuts for adjustment and fixation, making prestressing and cable tension adjustment convenient.
Steel Wire
  • High-strength galvanized steel wire complying with ASTMA421 Ø5mm or Ø7mm standards is used.
  • The galvanized steel wires are tightly arranged in a hexagonal pattern, secured with high-strength polyester wrapping tape, and coated with a double layer of HDPE for multiple corrosion protection. The coating provides sufficient thickness, offering better weather resistance.
