Cables
  • The outer layer is coated with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) using a heat-extrusion process, offering excellent corrosion resistance.
  • It can be manufactured to the required length in the factory, eliminating the need for onsite splicing. Additionally, it has a low unit weight and is easy to install, which helps to reduce construction costs.
Anchors
  • The anchor ends use a nut-locking mechanism, providing sufficient thread length for adjustable length.
  • Packaging
Steel Strand
  • Made from low-relaxation 7-wire PC steel strand conforming to CNS 3332 G3073 standards. These strands are bundled into cables composed of either 7 or 19 PC steel strands, used as back-stay material for sheet piles in harbor engineering.
  • The internal steel wires enhance tensile strength.

Tible Construction

  • Utilizes low-relaxation 7-wire PC steel strand conforming to CNS 3332 G3073 standards, with an outer layer coated in high-density polyethylene (HDPE).
  • The anchor ends are made from high-strength alloy steel (SCM440) and processed into thick anchor sleeves. The steel strands and anchor sleeves are integrated in a single axial extrusion process using specialized machinery. After extrusion, threads are machined onto the outer surface of the anchor sleeves, and the anchors are secured with nuts
